Offer open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. & D.C.,18 or older. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Between 6/1/2024 – 7/31/2024 purchase the above-identified qualifying SKUs. Rebate requests must be postmarked by 8/30/2024 and received by 9/30/2024. Each invoice must have its own rebate request. No reproductions of offer form or original invoice will be accepted. Not valid with any other offer. Upon receipt of your valid request, you will be sent a rebate in the form of a check. Allow 6-8 weeks for shipment. Purchased merchandise must not be returned. Why isn’t my product listed?

Please refer to the list of eligible and qualifying items covered by the promotional offer. Some sizes and technologies are not eligible for this offer.

In some cases, sizing may not match when considering standard and metric listings. Below, for your convenience, are like sizes:

  • 0.94” = 24mm
  • 1.41” = 36mm
  • 1.88” = 48mm
Can I mix and match items?

Yes – as long as the items submitted are listed on the eligible and qualifying items list, mix and match will be accepted.

When will I receive my rebate check?

Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for claim processing. Updates will be provided via email, so please ensure you submit your claim with a valid email address.

How do I check the status of my submission?

How often can I submit a claim?

You may submit a claim for every unique purchase of qualifying items at participating retail or distributor partners within the promotional time frame.

Can I submit my claim via fax or mail?

Claims may be submitted electronically online or via mail-in as outlined on your promotional offer form. Fax submissions will not be accepted.

What is a valid proof of purchase?

Qualifying tape products must be circled or highlighted on the invoice.

All claims must be submitted or postmarked within 30 days of the final day of the promotion. Mailed-in claims must be received within 30 days of the end of the promotion to be eligible.

Why was my claim denied?

All claims are subject to review and approval in alignment with the items eligible for this promotional offer. Claims are most often denied when purchases are made outside of the promotional period or when purchasing items not eligible within the promotion.

What should I do if I feel I received an incorrect rebate check?

What is required for submission?

When submitting via mail, please include the submission form along with your product receipt or paid invoice from a qualifying retail or distribution partner.

All submissions must be legible and include the following information: company name, main contact name, mailing address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email address.

Your receipt or paid invoice must include an itemized list with the name of each product, item number, quantity, date purchased and the address of the qualifying retail or distribution partner. Qualifying rebate items must be circled or highlighted on the invoice.

Online submissions require your product receipt or paid invoice uploaded in the following file formats: Image (JPG, PNG or TIFF) or PDF. Maximum file size accepted: 5MB.

Purchased merchandise may not be returned.
